| 目的研究周围型肺腺癌CT 征象与癌细胞核PCNA 表达的关系。方法对32 例经病理证实的周围型
肺腺癌进行一系列增强前后的薄层CT 扫描,采用LSAB 免疫组化技术,对肿瘤标本进行细胞核PCNA 的阳性率进
行测定。结果癌细胞核的PCNA 阳性强度与肿瘤分化程度和CT 表现有关。结论肺腺癌出现深分叶征、棘突
征,强化显著时,其恶性度更大。 |

| Purpose To investigate the relationship between the CT appearance and PCNA expression in the cell nuclear
of peripheral lung adenocarcinomas. Methods Serial thin-section CT scans were performed before and after injection of iodinated contrast material on 32cases of pathology proven periperal lung adenocarcinomas. The PCNA expression of tumor
specimen was studied by LSAB immunohistochemical method. Results PCNA expression of lung adenocarcinomas correlated with the degree of differentiation of the tumor cell and the CT appearance of lung cancer. Conclusion It was shown
that lung adenocarcinomas with deep lobulation , speculated protuberance and the marked contrast enhancement were associated with higher degree of malignance. |
