| 目的研究支气管扩张黏液栓的影像诊断及鉴别诊断。方法对32 例支气管扩张患者拍正侧位胸片
及普通CT 扫描,其中15 例行病变区高分辨率CT 扫描。对病变局限于一个叶或段的15 例进行肺叶或肺段切除。
结果X 线平片显示支气管扩张15 例,17 例显示肺纹理柱状增粗,提示支气管黏液栓。32 例CT 支气管黏液栓表
现为棒状、分支状及结节状高密度影。CT 值- 18～32Hu ,普通CT 与HRCT 在显示黏液栓方面无差别。另外14 例病变肺叶合并肺气肿。结论仅有黏液栓表现时X 线平片易误诊,CT 能准确显示黏液栓的形态、程度及普及的范围,是诊断支气管扩张黏液栓的最好方法。 |

| Purpose To study the image diagnosis and distingwish diagnosis of bronchiectasis with mucous plugs. Methods 32
cases were given standard posteroanterior high voltage radiographs and general CT. Among them HRCT scans were taken in cases.
Lobers or segrnental lober’s were cut off in 15 cases. Results Radiographs showed bronchiectasis in 15 cases ,other 17 cases only had
resembing and amplitude branchial of free.Bronchial mucous plugs presented as small clubs or divarication and nodus on CT. A proment feature of bronchial mucoid plus was that its axis pointed to hilium. Either on plain or on CT. Conclusion CT is the best
method for finding bronchial mucous plugs. |
