目的应用冠脉血流显像技术探讨急性主动脉瓣返流对冠脉血流的影响。方法分别检测对照组和
轻、中、重度急性主动脉瓣返流时的冠脉血流的速度峰值、加速时间、减速时间、速度时间积分及动脉舒张压,分析冠
脉血流的变化。结果随着返流程度的增加,冠脉血流的速度峰值、速度时间积分均逐渐降低,加速时间延长、而减
速时间缩短,舒张压降低。结论随着返流程度的增加,冠脉血供逐渐减少。 |

Objective This study sought to determine the impact of graded temporary acute aortic regurgitation on coronary flow in opened-chest dogs. Methods Using CDCFI ,the coronary peak velocity (CPV) ,acceleration time (AT) ,deceleration time (DT) and the velocity time integral (VTI) in left anterior descending artery flow were measured under control conditions and during graded temporary acute aortic regurgitation. Results A progressive decline in CPV ,VTI ,DT ,
DBp and a progressive increase in AT with increasing degrees of acute aortic regurgitation. Conclusion This study demonstrated a marked decline in coronary flow with increasing degrees of acute aortic regurgitation. |
