| 目的应用脉冲多普勒超声心动图(PDE) 测定正常新生儿右心功能。方法应用PDE 检测51 例正常
新生儿肺动脉瓣和三尖瓣的血流参数,分别按性别及日龄分组,进行统计学处理。结果①各测量值与性别无关;
②部分测量值与日龄有关,随着时间推移,部分指标有一定倾向性变化,肺动脉瓣的PV 及AC ,三尖瓣的PAV 及FD
呈减低倾向,三尖瓣的PEV ,E/ A 呈增加倾向。结论分析正常新生儿右心功能测定值可能与新生儿血流动力学的
变化密切相关。 |

| Objective To detect the new-born infants right heart function with the application of pulsed Doppler
echocardiography(PDE) . Methods Blood-stream indices with PDE in 51 cases of normal newborn infants. The cases were
grouped on gender and age. The results underwent statistic treatment . Results ①Detected values had nothing to do with
gender. ②Parts of the parameters were inclined to change as time went on. PV and AC of the pulmonary values together
with PAV and FD of the tricuspid valves tended to decrease , while PEV and E/ A of the tricuspid valves tended to increase.
Conclusion Analysis of the measurement on right heart function in normal newborn infants may be closely connected with
the infants hemodynamic changes. |
