管阻力增高,血管弹性减退。结论CVDI 随颅压改变有明显变化,可用其指导临床诊断及监护。 |

Objective To reveal the characteristic changes of cerebrovascular hymodynamic indexes (CVDI) in intracranial hypertension. Methods thirty-three hospitalized patients were examined their CVDI and intracranial pressure ( ICP) .
they were divided into three groups according to their ICP ,and then analysed. Results In groups of ICP < 350mmH2O ,
the characteristic CVDI changes were only deterioration in the function of cerebralvascular autoregulation ,but when ICP >
350mmH2O ,CVDI had remarkable changes. Especially showed that the decreases in the total cerebral blood flow and velocity ,and increases in the cerebral vascular resistance ,as well as deterioration in the function of cerebral vascular autoregulation. Conclusion CVDI in patients with intracranial hypertension has definite changes ,we can use it to indicate our diagnosis and monitor. |
