| 目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI) 及脉冲多普勒( PD) 检测用于恶性滋养细胞肿瘤的早期诊断,疗
效观察及判断疾病转归的应用价值。方法应用CDFI 及PD 检测滋养细胞肿瘤患者52 例,并以正常妊娠妇女50
例作为对照。结果CDFI 能迅速直观了解肿瘤内血流状态及分布,以阻力指数(RI) 等于0.46 作为判断恶性滋养
细胞肿瘤的诊断依据,而且化疗前后RI 变化明显。结论CDFI 对于恶性滋养细胞肿瘤早期诊断与指导临床治疗
具有重要意义。 |

| Purpose To investigate the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and pulsed Doppler ( PD) determinations in early diagnosis ,evaluatin of therapeutic effects and prediction of prognosis of gestational trophoblastic diseases
( GTD) . Methods CDFI and PD were perforned in 52 cases of GTD and 50 normal pregnant women as controls. Results
Configaration and distribution of the tumor blood vessels were readily visualized. The resistive index (RI) was used as
paratneter for diagnosis that is RI < 0.46 indicats mal crophoblasticdisease. Afterchemotherapy the RI changed dramatically.
Conclusion CDFI and PD is significant both for the early diagnosis and guiding clinical treatment of gastational trophoblastion. |
