| 目的探讨B 超在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中的应用价值。方法对59 例妊娠滋养细胞疾病患者进行B 超
观察及血hCG测定。结果葡萄胎37 例,侵蚀性葡萄胎16 例,绒毛膜癌6 例。不同类型的B 超声像图特征不同,
超声图像与血hCG呈正相关关系。结论B 超检查对妊娠滋养细胞疾病的早期诊断、良恶性的鉴别、监测化疗效
果、指导治疗均有十分重要的价值。 |

| Objective To probe the use of ultrasonography in the patients with trophocyte diseases. Methods B-mode
ultrasonographies and serum choriogonadotroph hormone ( hCG) were observed in fifty-nine patients with gestational
trophocyte diseases. Results Thirty-seven cases of hydatictiform mole ,sixteen cases of invasive mole and six cases of choriocar-cinoma were dignosed. The different sonographic paterns were found in different types of trophoeste diseases and the
different paterns of B-mode ultrasonography were positively correlated with the serum hCG. Conclusion B-mode ultrasonic
scan is a very useful technique in the early dignosis , differential dignosis between benign and malignancy , evaluation of
chemtherapy and guidance of management . |
