| 目的比较DSA 和MRA(Mobi Track) 对外周血管的成像作用,探讨外周血管疾病的诊断方法选择。方
法对15 例因各类病因引起的下肢外周的血管闭塞、狭窄的患者进行DSA 和MRA 检查。结果MRA 可无创性一
次显示外周动静脉血管,DSA 对动静脉显示需分次穿刺造影,对需介入治疗的部分患者需分次进行,9 例患者MRA
发现的9 处病灶与DSA 结果完全相同,但DSA 有二处显示胫前动脉二级分支的狭窄,MRA 未见显示。结论MRA
是一种无创性动静脉成像方法,对外周性血管疾病应做为首选和基本检查方法。 |

| Objective To compare the effect of DSA and MRA ,and explore the diagnosis methods in peripheral vascular
diseases. Methods The 15 patients with vascular diseases of the lower limbs underwent DSA in which 9 patients underwent both peripheral MRA with 3D contrast-Enhanced moving-Bed infusion-Tracking. Results All 9 patients were imaged
succesfully with MRA ,the 9 images of vascular diseases showed with MobiTrack ,which were in concordance with the results found with DSA.Both venous and arteries angiography can be performed with MRA using a sigle-injection without any
side effects. Conclusion It was presented that MRA (MobiTrack) is primary choice in peripheral vascular diseases of lower limber. |
