| 目的探讨骨良性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变的CT 诊断及其鉴别诊断。方法29 例骨良性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变
均作CT 扫描,并经手术和病理证实,分析其CT 表现。结果CT 诊断正确率为93.5 %(27/ 29) 。它易于显示病变
的特征,对骨质破坏、骨膨胀、硬化缘、出血、骨间隔、钙化及软组织肿块等均能很好的显示。结论根据CT 扫描的
特点及表现,大多数骨良性肿瘤及肿瘤样病变可作出正确诊断。 |

| Objective To evaluate the CT diagnosis and differentiation of benign tumors and tumor-like lesions of bone.
Methods 29 cases of benign tumors and tumor-like lesions of bone examined by CT were identified at operation and by
pathological diagnosis. CT findings were studied. Results The correct rate of CT diagnosis was 93. 5 %(27/ 29) . CT can
effectively show the characteristics of lesions. Showing the destruction of bone ,expanding of bone ,sclerotic margin ,hemorrhages ,bone septum ,calcification and soft tissue edema were very easy. Conclusion Most of the benign tumors and tumorlike lesions of bone could be diagnosed correctly by CT manfestations. |
