| 目的探讨超声在产道隐蔽性血肿诊断中的应用价值。方法25 例产道血肿均经二维超声检查,其中
18 例经彩色多普勒血流检测,全部病人均进行了超声随访,观察血肿吸收情况。结果产道血肿发生在宫颈6 例,
宫旁2 例,腹膜后4 例,耻骨联合处7 例,宫颈切口处6 例。结论超声诊断产道血肿准确率高、简便无损、并可随访
观察血肿吸收情况以及超声引导下血肿穿刺治疗,应列为首选检查方法。 |

| Objective To discuss the applicative value in ultrasonic diagnosis of concealed hematoma of birth canal.
Methods 25 patient’s concealed hematoma of birth canal were examined by two-dimensional ultrsound. Eighteen of 25 patients were monitored by CDFI. In order to view hematoma change ,all case were followed up. Results Hematoma localization :cervix ulteri 6 ,paracervical 2 ,retroperitoneal 4 ,public symphysis 7 and cervix incision 6. Conclusion The ultrasonic
diagnosis of concealed hematoma of birth canal is accuracy、simple and non-invasive. Hematoma of birth canal may be treated
by puncture drainage in transultrasound leading. The ultrasonic examination be the first of choice for concealed hematoma of
birth canal. |
