| 目的探讨子宫肉瘤的临床表现超声特征,诊断与鉴别诊断。方法全部病例术前采用彩色多普勒经
腹、经阴道超声检查,并经手术与病理对照。结果23 例患者,年龄26～72 岁,平均年龄51.48 岁,临床三大表现:
盆腔肿物、子宫出血、腹疼,肿物大于6cm ,占69.5 % ,内部回声不均,无旋涡状结构,肿物内有大小不等的液性暗区,
肿物周边血流信号显示率100 % ,内部血流信号显示率87 % ,低阻力血流信号56.5 %。结论子宫肉瘤有本身的超
声特征,应重视它的鉴别诊断。 |

| Objective To investigated the clinical features diagnostic standard and the sonographic characteristic in uterine sarcoma from myoma. Methods All of the patients were examined by transabdomen and transvaginal sonographic patterns. There results were compared with surgical operation and histopathology. Results The ages of the 23 patients were
between 27～72Y, average 51. 48Y,three types clinical symptoms :size of the palpable mass ,metrorrhagia and pelvic pain.
The mass of intrauterine structure demonstrated inhomogenous middle-low echogenic and atypia cysty ,uterine sarcoma peripheral vascalarizarion (100 %) were more than central (87. 6 %) . It displayed lower resistance index (56. 5 %) . Conclusion Uterine sarcoma had sonographic characters. We attention should be paid to differential diagnosis of uterine sarcoma
from leiomyoma. |
