| 目的研究电子束CT 在肺内单发性肿块诊断中的价值。方法对手术和/ 或病理证实的32 例周围型
肺癌与18 例良性病变分别进行电子束CT 平扫及双期增强扫描。结果周围型肺癌主要表现为肿块分叶、边缘毛
刺、胸膜凹陷及空泡征;良性病变多为无分叶、边缘光滑锐利肿块。但部分良、恶性病变CT 征象重叠,仅凭形态学表
现难以鉴别。平扫周围型肺癌平均CT 值45HU ,良性病变平均CT 值51HU ,无明显差别。增强后周围型肺癌明显
强化,CT 值平均增加31HU ;良性病变轻度强化,CT 值平均增加8HU。结论电子束CT 在肺内孤立性肿块的诊断
中具有重要价值。 |

| Purpose to evaluate the value of EBCT in diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodule. Methods Plain and double-phase enhancement EBCT scanning were performed in 32 cases of peripheral lung carcinoma and 18 cases of benign nodules all being confirmed by surgery and/ or pathology. Results Peripheral lung carcinoma mainly showed a mass with lobulated shape ,spicules of margin ,pleural indentation and vacuole sign. Most of benign nodules was absent of lobulation and
with smooth margin. But some of benign and malignant nodules were similar in morphology characteristics , differentiating
diagnosis was difficult in such cases. In plain scan ,the average CT value of malignant nodules was 45HU ,and the benign
nodules was 51HU. After injection of contrast material ,the average enhancement of malignant nodules was 31HU ,compared with an average enhancement of 8HU for the benign nodules. Conclusion EBCT has an important value in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary masses. |
