| 目的研究眼球内病变的CT 和MRI 诊断。方法收集临床有视力下降、视野缺损等症状39 例,行CT
及MRI 扫描。结果恶性肿瘤23 例,良性肿瘤5 例,视网膜脱离5 例,先天发育异常4 例。结论CT 及MRI 不仅
能发现眼球内病变,还可揭示其特点,基本能得到正确诊断。 |

| Objective To study the CT and MRI diagnosis of intraocular diseases. Methods 39 cases with intraocular
lesions manifesting as hypopsia and visual field defect ,underwent CT and MRI examination. Results Malignant tumor
were found in 23 cases ,and benign tumor in 5 cases ,retinal detachment in 5 cases ,congenital abnormalties in 4 cases. Conclusion CT and MRI can not only find out intraocular lesions ,but also reveal its character ,most cases got the correct diagnosis. |
