| 目的观察亚急性联合变性(SCD) 患者的磁共振和电生理表现及治疗前后的变化,评价其对诊断的价
值。方法对10 例患者进行治疗前后的神经功能评定,并进行3～36 个月随访,检查脊髓MRI、体感诱发电位
(SEP) 等,并观察其治疗前后的变化。结果因部分病人确诊前应用VitB12 ,有时VitB12浓度无法作为诊断依据,脊
髓MRI、神经电生理检查能敏感地显示病灶部位。结论脊髓MRI、神经电生理检查能客观地提示病变部位及治疗
前后的变化,对SCD 的诊断具有重要价值。 |

| Objective To observe the presentations and changes of Electrophysiology ( EP) and magnetic resonance image (MRI) before and after treatments in the patients with subacute combined degeneration (SCD) . To analyze their values
on diagnosis. Methods All the 10 patients took the examinations ,including clinical neurological functions ,VitaminB12 in
serum ,spinal cord MRI ,sensory evoked potential (SEP) ,et al. They were followed up for 3 to 36 months. The changes of
spinal cord MRI and SEP before and after the treatments were studied. Results Sometimes ,serum VitB12 level could not
help to diagnosis if it had been used. The lesions could be show sensitively by spinal cord MRI and EP. Conclusion The
detections of spinal cord MRI and EP could show the lesions and their changes before and after the treatments objectively ,
and are important in the diagnosis of SCD. |
