| 目的探讨增加副鼻窦、颈椎CT 扫描对诊断不明原因头痛的临床价值。方法对120 例颅脑CT 扫描
结果阴性的头痛患者增加副鼻窦螺旋CT 扫描,并做模拟内窥镜,其中67 例还增加颈椎CT 扫描。结果发现副鼻
窦炎35 例,副鼻窦肿瘤2 例。颈椎椎体病变55 例,横突孔变小7 例。结论增加副鼻窦和颈椎CT 扫描,可提高不
明原因头痛的确诊率,有利于及时发现副鼻窦、颈椎病变,也有利于临床诊治头痛。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical value in diagnosing headache without reasons when CT scan of paranasal
sinuses and neck spine were added. Methods 120 headache cases with negative CT result were applied paranasal sinus CT
and neck spine CT. Results varieties of diseases in paranasal sinus or spine were exist . Conclusion If other slices were
applied diagnostic probability was increased and results also benefited to clinics. |
