| 目的 研究和探讨CT 导引下经皮激光腰椎间盘减压术的临床应用,以及腰5 骶1 椎间盘突出的侧前方入路新途径。方法 自1999 年8 月至2000 年2 月,通过常规侧后入路对26 例病人进行治疗,同时对正常人的影像和相应解剖的研究,找到了侧前方入路的新途径,拓宽了治疗的范围,经侧前方入路治疗4 例。结果 总有效率96.7 %(29/ 30) ,显效20 例,无效1 例,无一例并发症。结论 CT 导引下激光椎间盘减压术具有最小侵入、安全有效、病人恢复快等优点,尤为L5/ S1 椎间盘突出的治疗,提供了有效的新途径。 |

| Objective To study the evaluation of percutaneous laser on lumber discs decompression under guidance of CTand to explore a new lateral-anterior side path for protrusion of intervertebral disc of L5/ S1 . Methods from august 1999 tofebruary 2000 ,26 cases with protrusion of intervertebral disc of lumber were treated through lateral-posterior side and newlateral-anterior path established by the study of normal images and responsible anatomy of lumber and surrounding structure. 4 cases were treated through this new path. Results Total efficiency was 96. 7 %(29/ 30) ,there were 20 cases withmarked effect ,1 case with no-effect and no case with complication in 30 cases. Conclusion Percutaneous laser on lumberdiscs decompression under guidance of CT has many advantages ,such as less injure ,safety ,effect and fast recovery , It is aneffective path to treat lumber disc protrusion ,especially L5/ S1 disc protrusion. |
