      目的 研究DSA 若干主要技术因素对检查效果的影响。方法 通过3108 例DSA 检查的回顾性分析,对造影剂注射、矩阵选择、采集方式选择、曝射参数设定及其它操作因素进行分析,特别对检查失败的病例,找寻原因。结果 从本文总结的病例来看,除婴幼儿童及心室功能计算需用超短脉冲采集外,其它疾病的诊治一般脉冲采集均可获得满意效果。结论 各种技术因素的优化选择,可在获得优质图像的同时,减少辐射剂量及节省机器损耗。
英文摘要:
      Purpose  To investigate the influence of some major technical factors upon the examinning effect during DSAexamination. Methods  To analyse retrospectively the injection of contrast media ,choice of acquisition mode and matrix ,and the setting of exposure parameters together with other operating factors in 3108 cases ,and especially the reasons for failure to finish the examination were analysed for the cases concerned. Results  The super2pulse acquisition (25 images/ s)should be used during the examination performed in infants or children and in measuring the cardiac function ,while the ordinary pulse acquisition (3. 1~12. 5 images/ s) would be enough for obtaining satisfactory effects. Conclusion  Optionalchoice among various technical factors would be conductive to obtaining images of high quality and reduce the radiation andthe cost of machine expectancy mean while.
