| 目的 探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI) 在下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT) 诊断中的价值。方法 对89 例拟诊下肢DVT 患者在712 条下肢静脉进行CDFI 和静脉造影检查。结果 CDFI 检出并经静脉造影证实的DVT 静脉共643 条。CDFI 的主要优点是: ①节约时间,易于快速找到静脉; ②对鉴别完全或不完全性阻塞性血栓有一定帮助; ③便于检查髂静脉血栓,尤其血栓向髂总静脉蔓延时。CDFI 和静脉造影在判断有无DVT 方面,无统计学上的差异( P > 0.05) ,但在血栓分型方面,前者比后者稍逊色。本组CDFI 诊断下肢DVT 的敏感性为98.62 % ,特异性为90 % ,准确性为97.89 %。结论 CDFI 是诊断下肢DVT 一种有价值的首选方法。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the diagnosis of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremities. Methods 712 veins of 89 patients with suspected DVT were examined by both CDFIand venography(VG) . Results 643/ 712 DVT confirmed by VG were diagnosed successfully by CDFI. CDFI had following advantages : ①to shorten the time of the examination ; ②to characterize quickly thrombus as being occlusive or no occlusive ;and ③more importantly ,to permit the evaluation of pelvic vessels in many patients. No significant difference existedbetween CDFI and VGin differentiating DVT. However ,VGwas better than CDFI to analyze DVT in detail. The sensitivity ,specialty and accuracy of CDFI were 98.62 % , 90.00 % and 97.89 % , respectively. Conclusion CDFI is a reliablemeans of choice for assessing DVT. |
