| 目的 探讨胎儿宫内生长迟缓时,其大脑中动脉、肾动脉、胎盘床动脉、脐动脉的血流阻力变化。方法 收集我院1997 年1 月至1998 年12 月期间出生的体重< 2500g 的新生儿177 例,其中12 例产前进行了彩色多普勒超声测定。结果 12 例出生低体重儿中,其中,体重< 2000g 者7 例,其产前多普勒血流参数显示大脑中动脉、肾动脉、脐动脉和胎盘床动脉阻力指标均明显升高。结论 超声多普勒测定对诊断胎儿宫内发育迟缓以及了解胎儿宫内安危情况具有明显价值。 |

| Objective To evaluate the changes of color Doppler blood flow indices of fetal middle cerebral artery ,renalartery ,placental artery and umbilical artery in fetal intrauterine growth retardation ( IU GR) and change of systol/ diastol (S/D) value in umbilical artery. Methods 177 cases of newborn birth weight less than 2500g were collected and 12 cases wereanalysed with color Doppler ultrasound. Results 12 cases with newborn birth weight < 2500g (1600～2475g) ,amongwhich 7 cases newborn birth weight < 2000g. The colour Doppler blood flow indices2pulsatile index ,resistant index of fetalmiddle cerebral artery ,renal artery ,placental atrery and umbilical artery and S/ D value of umbilical artery in these cases increased differently. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography plays an important role in dignosis of IU GR and evaluationof fetal intrauterine status. It should be an important part of perinatal medicine. |
