| 目的 探讨泛影葡胺逆行肾盂造影对乳糜尿的诊断和治疗效果。方法 对用本法治疗的22 乳糜尿病例进行回顾性分析。结果 ①X 线主要显示与肾盂相通的淋巴瘘管,13 例(59 %) 为双侧,9 例(41 %) 为单侧。②总疗效为注药治疗后乳糜尿完全转阴19 例(86 %) ,3 例症状明显减轻(14 %) 。结论 本法对乳糜尿具有诊断和治疗作用,操作简便、安全、疗效好、不良反应少。 |

| Purpose To study the effects of diagnosis and treatment of chyluria by retrograde pyelography of megluminediatrizoate. Methods The treatment of 22 cases with chyluria were analysed retrospectively. Results /①The main signsof X-ray :the fistulas were showed that communication between the lymphatics and the renal pelvis ,the fistulas were bilateral in 13 patients (59 %) and unilateral in 9 (41 %) . ②Total effects included 19 patients (86 %) had clear urine and 3 patients (14 %) relief of symptoms. Conclusion It played a role in diagnosis and treatment for chyluria ,it was found to besafe ,simply operative ,effective and minimally invasive. |
