| 目的 为探讨99mTc - 甲氧基异丁基异腈(MIBI) 诊断乳腺肿瘤的临床价值及其不同组织病理学特点显像特征。方法 对125 例患乳腺肿物病人进行99m Tc - MIBI 动态多相显像及半定量分析,计算储留指数。结果 乳腺肿块显像特点随组织病理学类型不同有明显差别。此法检出乳腺癌的灵敏度与特异性分别为90 %与87 %。结论 99mTc - MIBI 是术前筛选和鉴别乳腺良恶性病变较好的方法,但对低密度癌细胞的肿瘤,中心坏死血供不良的恶性肿瘤诊断效果不佳。 |

| Objective Purpose to evaluate the value of 99mTc - MIBI imaging in the detection of breast tumors and to assess the relationship between the histopathologic features of the lesions and their imaging characteristics. Methods 125 patients with breast tumor were examined by 99mTc - MIBI multiphase imaging and semi-quantitative analysis was performedand the retention index was calculated. Results The histopathologic features of the lesions greatly influenced with breasttumor imaging characteristics. The diagnostic sensitvity ,specificity were 90 % and 87 % ,respectively. Conclusion 99m Tc- MIBI breast imaging is a good method for preoperative screening and malignancy differentiation in breast tumors ,but falsenegatives may occur in certain lesions with poor conditions of casualty and cellularity. |
