| 目的 研究左上肺静脉畸形引流的影像学特征及治疗原则。方法 回顾性分析2 例经手术证实的左上肺静脉畸形引流的X 线胸片、超声心动图、心导管检查、心血管造影及1 例院外CT 增强扫描资料。结果 两例均为左上肺静脉经垂直静脉引流至左无名静脉,一例合并动脉导管未闭。在行心导管及心血管造影检查之前,根据X 线胸片、超声心动图及CT 检查,本组两例分别被漏诊和误诊。结论 心血管造影是诊断左上肺静脉畸形引流最可靠的方法,且有助于治疗方案的选择。 |

| Purpose To evaluate the imaging features and managerial guidelines of partial anomalous pulmonary venousdrainage of the left upper lobe. Methods Two cases of partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage of the left upper lobewere analyzed retrospectively ,including clinical manifestations ,right cardiac catheterization ,and surgical management . CTcontrast study was performed on one patient in another hospital. Results Right cardiac catheterization and angiocardiography showed that the pulmonary veins of the left upper lobes of the two cases anomalously drained via the vertical veinsinto the left innominate veins ,one patient associated with a patent ductus arterious. One case was missed and one misdiagnosed preoperatively by color Doppler echocardiography ,X-ray plain film and CT contrast . Conclusion Angiocardiographyis the most reliable methods in the diagnosis of partial anomalous pulmonary venous drainage of the lfet upper lobe ,it is helpful in slection of managerial guidelines for this anomaly. |
