| 目的 评价氯沙坦对高血压病患者心脏结构和功能的影响。方法 采用多普勒超声心动图(UCG) 观察30 例轻中度高血压病患者服用氯沙坦12 周前后心脏结构、功能的变化。结果 氯沙坦治疗4 周,血压即有显著降低( P < 0.001) 。左室壁厚度于4 周末轻度降低( P < 0.01～0.05) ,12 周后下降明显( P < 0.001～0.01) 。治疗4 周即见舒张功能改善。左室重量指数(LVMI) 与SBP 及DBP 呈正相关,舒张功能与血压和室壁厚度呈负相关。结论 氯沙坦能安全有效地降低血压,并能够逆转左室肥厚,改善左室舒张功能。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of losartan on cardiac structure and function in patient with essential hypertension. Methods Thirty patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were treated with losartan for 12weeks. The changes of cardiac structure and function were investigated with echocardiography. Results Blood pressurewas decreased significantly with treatment of losartan for 4 weeks ( P < 0.001) . The thickness of left ventricular wall wasreduced slightly after 4 weeks treatment ( P < 0.01～0.05) and decreased more for 12 weeks ( P < 0.001～0.01) . Leftventricular diastolic function was improved at the end of 4 weeks. Left ventricular mass index (LVMI) was positively related to systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ( P < 0.05) . Diastolic function was negatively correlated to blood pressure and thickness of left ventricular wall ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion Losartan could considerably and safely decrease blood pressure. It also produced a significant regression of left ventricular hypertrophy and improvement of leftventricular diastolic function. |
