| 目的 探讨妊高征患者的眼动脉(OA) 多普勒超声特点及其与总外周血管阻力的关系。方法 妊高征(PIH) 患者35 例,正常妊娠(NP) 26 例,在彩色多普勒超声引导下,利用脉冲多普勒测量OA 的血流参数,测量主动脉瓣环处内径并记录该处血流频谱,计算总外周血管阻力指数( TPVRI) 。结果 与NP 组比较PIH 组OA 的RI 及PI 明显减低( P < 0.05) ;B 峰显著增高( P < 0.01) ;B/ A 显著增大(0.74 ±0.13 vs 0.47 ±0.15 P < 0.01) ,与TPVRI及平均动脉压(MAP) 明显相关, r 分别为0.66 和0.63 ( P 均< 0.001) 。结论 妊高征患者OA 血流动力学变化以阻力减低、B 峰值流速增快及B/ A 值增高为主,且与TPVRI 增高相一致。B/ A 在一定程度上可反映TPVRI 的大小。 |

| Purpose To investigate the characteristics of ophthalmic artery (OA) in severe pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) patients and the correlation with the total peripheral vascular resistance index ( TPVRI) by Doppler ultrasonography. Methods We measured the OA flow parameters in 35 PIH and 26 normal pregnant (NP) women. The spectrumand diameter of aorta were recorded to calculate TPVRI. Results The B/ A ratio of OA were significantly increased compared with NP group (0.74 ±0.13 vs 0.47 ±0.15 , P < 0.01) which has excellent correlation with the TPVRI and meanarterial pressure ( r = 0.66 , P < 0.001 , r = 0.63 , P < 0.001) . While the PIH group’s B peak velocity was significantlyhigher and RI was lower than NP group ones. Conclusion The most significant changes of the OA hemodynamics werethe decreased RI ,increased B velocity and the ratio B/ A that corresponded with the increasing of TPVRI. Changes in B/ Aratio may be indicative of similar changes in TPVRI. |
