目的 研究半月板MR 仿真内镜(MMRVE) 在诊断膝关节Stoller 分级3 级半月板损伤中的临床应用价
值和方法。方法 59 例采用快速自旋回波序列( FSE) ,获得质子密度像、T2 加权像;8 例应用马根维显(Magenvist)
膝关节造影MRI 获得FSE 序列T1 加权像。应用工作站对图像数据进行MMRVE 重建。结果 本组MMRVE 的
敏感度96 % ,准确度93 % ,特异度73 %。MMRVE 可以显示常规MRI 上难以显示的半月板局部翻转 |

Objective To investigate the methods of examination ,value of clinical application of meniscal magnetic resonance virtual endoscopy (MMRVE) for Stoller grade 3 meniscal tears. Methods 59 cases introduced fast spin echo (FSE)
sequences ,proton density imaging and T2 weighted imaging , 8 cases introduced T1 weighted imaging after knee joint
arthrography with contrast (Magenvist) injection. The workstation and software is GE AW and Navigator ,which was used
to become the row images to three-dimension virtual endoscopic imaging. Results MMRVE can reveal meniscal focal reversal ,strained of free edge ,surface erosion ,separated horn and broken horn. MMRVE can explain complex meniscal tears
(included bucket-handle tears) entirely ,those are difficult to reveal on traditional 2D MR imaging. The accuracy ,sensitivity
and specificity of MMRVE are 93 % ,96 % and 73 % respectively. It is quite useful to detect free bodies in amount and position. Conclusion It is a available and reliable means to diagnose meniscal tears using MMRVE. |
