| 目的 观察经皮子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤( PUAE) 的疗效。方法 16 例30～45 岁的子宫肌瘤患者,
在选择性子宫动脉插管造影术的指引下,行经皮子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤。应用内诊、B 超方法观察子宫大小及
血色素三项指标观察疗效。结果 16 例患者均于术后一月内恢复正常月经。内诊及B 超示子宫明显缩小,血色素
明显升高( P 均< 01001) 。结论 子宫动脉栓塞治疗子宫肌瘤是一种可行的保守性手术。 |

| Purpose To observe the effect of the operation of Percutaneous uterus artery embolism (PUAE) . Methods
16 women with uterus myoma aged 30 to 45 years were performed the operation of PUAE under the guidence of uterus
artery photography. The Effects were evaluated by palpation ,2-D ultrasound and hemoglobin. Results All patients had
normal menstrual cycle within one month after operation ,Uterus were obvious smaller and hemoglobin were higher than before operation ( P < 01001) . Conclusion The operation of PUAE is a simple and effective way in treatment of patients
with uterus myoma. |
