| 目的 建立一种简便的观察肥大细胞活化的方法。方法 对组织切片用阿尔新蓝-番红定性肥大细胞的
基础上,采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶法进行c-fos 免疫组织化学染色,同时对取自同一部位的组织进行透射
电镜检查观察显示肥大细胞活化状态,并对二者的检查结果进行比较。结果 发现凡透射电镜显示肥大细胞活化
的组织,阿尔新蓝-番红染色的细胞c-fos 阳性率高,二者呈现一致性。结论 结合c-fos 基因表达的组织学染色技术
是观察肥大细胞活化的一种实用简便方 |

| Purpose To establish a new practical method on showing activation of mast cell. Methods On the basis of
identifying mast cell by alcian blue staining ,the sample was stained c-fos by immunohistochemistry streptavidin-peroxidase
method ,and the activation of mast cell on another sample from the same position was showned by electric microscope. comparing the results was done. Results The more the activation of mast cells under electric microscope ,the more c-fos positive mast cells in the sample. Conclusion For showing the activation of mast cell ,the method combined c-fos expression
and regular histologic staining is easily performed and practical. |
