Objective To investigate the characteristics of mitral annular motion in nomal subjects using doppler tissue
imging(DTI) . Methods Mitral annular motion in 35 cases of normal subjects form apicial four-chamber view and twochamber view were detected with DTI-M mode. Results DTI-M mode clearly displayed the changes of mitral annular color image in different phase of the same cardiac period and systolic annular displacement (MD) ,early diastolic displacement
(MDe) and late diastolic displacement (MDa) were measured at the same time. Conclusion As a new non-invasive technique to detect wall motion ,DTI can realtimely and quantitatively detect the abnormal change of mitral annular motion in
normal subjects ,provide a new mean to assess the LV systolic and diastolic function of normal heart and pathologic heart . |
