| 目的 探讨急性胸部创伤的CT 表现及其诊断价值。方法 回顾性分析256 例急性胸部创伤的CT 表
现。结果 CT 清楚显示胸壁伤肋骨骨折141 例等,胸膜伤144 例,肺损伤113 例,纵隔伤19 例,膈肌伤5 例。结论
CT 有利于早期诊断和提高诊断准确率,为临床上及时诊断和治疗提供依据,对急性胸部创伤特别是严重创伤诊
断有重要价值。 |

| Objective To discuss the CT findings and diagnostic value of CT scan in-patients with acute thoracic injuries.
Methods The CT findings of acute thoracic injuries were analyzed in 256 cases. Results CT scans clearly showed the rib
fractures in 141 cases ,pleural space injures in 144 ,pulmonary injuries in 113 ,mediastinal injuries in 19 ,and diaphragm injuries in 5. Conclusion CT could provide information for early accurately diagnosis ,especially for acute thoracic injury’s diagnosis. |
