| 目的 观察球形肺炎的CT 特征,以便与其他球形病灶,特别与肺癌做正确的鉴别诊断。方法 对26 例
经临床证实的球形肺炎的CT 表现进行回顾性分析。结果 26 例球形肺炎的主要CT 表现为: ①邻近胸膜病变两侧
缘垂直于胸膜呈刀切样平直边缘,病变呈方形; ②病变中央密度高,边缘密度低,显示晕圈状改变; ③病变边缘可不
规则,有锯齿状改变且较模糊; ④周围胸膜反应显著,有较广泛增厚; ⑤病变周围血管纹理增多、增粗、扭曲,但无僵
直和受牵拉; ⑥抗炎治疗后病变明显吸收缩 |

| Purpose To study the CT findings of spherical pneumonia and to differetiate it from other spherical lesion
particularly pulmonary carcioma. Methods CT finds of 26 cases of spherical pneumonia clinically proved were analysed retrospectively. Results The main CT finds were as follow : ①Bilaterial margins of the lesion were perpendicular to pleura
with a straight cut edge presenting a square sign ; ②The density at the central area ,some-times presenting a halo-like apperance ; ③Irre-gular or spiculate margins with illdefined outline could be seen ; ④There was extensive pleural thickening involving interlobar fissure as a response to inflamation ; ⑤There were small patches of slightly high density and (or) intensified vascular markings surrounding the lesions ; ⑥After short-term anti-inflam-matory therrapy ,most lesions were obviously
reduced in size. Conclusion CT examination is very helpfully to the correct diagnosis of spherical pneumonia. |
