      目的评价复方溶石剂1 号的溶石效果和毒性作用。方法体外溶石效果实验和20 只兔胆囊注射溶石 剂后各时间段的血液生化指标变化及各脏器的病理改变。结果复方溶石剂1 号对500mg 的胆固醇结石溶解时间 少于25min (21 ±4.9min) ,对动物的血液生化指标影响不大,除胆囊外未对全身其他脏器造成损害。结论复方溶 石剂1 号是一种新型、安全、高效、低毒的胆固醇结石直接溶石剂。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the efficacy of gallstone dissolution in vitro and the toxicity of the No. 1 litholytic com- pounds. Methods Experiments was performed to sutdy the efficacy of gallstone dissolution in vitro ,after intra-gallbladder injection of No. 1 litholytic compounds ,the toxicity was studied both pathological and blood biochemical changes. Results the No. 1 litholytic compounds dissolved the cholesterol gallstone (500mg) in no more than 25 min (21. 6 ±4. 9 min) ,less influence to blood biochemical ,no harm to the other organs of rabbits except gallbadder. Conclusion The No. 1 litholytic compounds is a new and safe cholesterol gallstone contact solvent with efficient and lower toxicity for treatment of cholecys- tolsithiasis.
