目的探讨能量多普勒显像(PDI) 对软组织实性肿块的诊断价值。方法应用CDFI、PDI 技术检查45
例软组织实性肿块病人,分析CDFI、PDI 血流检出率及血流信号分级。结果45 例软组织实性肿块中良性肿块24
例,恶性肿瘤为21 例,PDI 血流检出率高于CDFI , P < 0.01 ;以血流信号Ⅱ~ Ⅲ级判断为恶性肿瘤,0~ Ⅰ级判断为
良性肿块,PDI、CDFI 对良恶性肿瘤鉴别均有统计学意义。且PDI 假阴性为0 ,CDFI 假阴性为19.0 %。结论PDI
血流敏感性高于CDFI ,更有助于软组织良恶性肿瘤的鉴别。 |

Objective To discuss the value of diagnosing the soft tissue masses by Doppler Power Imaging. Methods
CDFI and DPI were performed in 45 cases of tissue masses in order to analize the blood flow detection rates of CDFI and
PDI and the degree of blood flow signals. Results Of these 45 cases ,24 cases are benign masses ,and 21 cases are malig-
nant . The blood flow detection rate of PDI is higher than that of CDFI ( P < 0.01) . Malignant tumor is decided by the blood
flow signal degree Ⅱto Ⅲand the benign is degree 0 to Ⅰ. PDI and CDFI are significant in statistic in deferentiating both
the benign and the malignant tumors. The false negative rate of PDI is 0 ,and that of CDFI is 19.0 %. Conclusion PDI is
more detective than CDFI. It is more benefit to distinguish the benign and malignant tumors in soft tissue. |
