| 目的为探讨CR 检查在股骨头缺血性坏死早期诊断中的作用。方法我们对11 例13 髋股骨头缺血
性坏死病人进行了CR 检查,并与常规X 线平片对照。结果结果发现两髋Ficat 法分期Ⅰ期、一髋Ficat 法分期Ⅱa
期,以上三髋常规X 线平片均不能显示出股骨头异常。其它10 髋Ficat 法分期Ⅱb2 Ⅳ期,CR 与常规X 线平片相比
检出率无差异。结论CR 检查对股骨头缺血性坏死的早期诊断优于常规X 线平片,上述结论在推广前有待大样本
量的临床研究证实。 |

| Objective To investigate the early diagnostic value of the computed radiography(CR) in avascular necrosis of
the femoral head (ANFH) . Methods CR was performed in eleven cases of thirteen hips with ANFH. As a comparision ,
the conventional X-ray films were taken. Results It appeared that abnormalities were illustrated on CR in three out of
thirteen hips. In these two hip of Ficat Ⅰand one hip of Ficat Ⅱa ,the conventional X-ray films were normal. No significant
difference was found in the other ten hips of Ficat Ⅱb2 Ⅳ. Conclusion These results suggest that CR might be a useful
tool in the early diagnosis of ANFH. This conclusion deserves a further investigation with a larger sample of patients. |
