| 目的比较湖北地区老年人(60 岁以上) 与成年人正常胰腺超声测值有无差异性。方法采用切线法测
量1200 例胰腺厚径。结果老年人胰腺内回声比成年人均匀性增加。胰腺增长,其性别及胰头,体,尾存在不同规
律。结论本地区老年人正常胰腺参考值,胰头小于25mm ,胰体小于16mm ,胰尾小于18mm。70 岁以上老年人正
常胰头小于14mm ,胰体小于9mm ,胰尾小于11mm。 |

| Objective To compare the difference of values in pancreas measured by B-ultrasound between the normal el-
derly and the normal adult in Hubei Province. Methods The thickness of pancreas have been measured with B-ultrasound
scan by the method of tangent in 1200 cases. Results The echo of the pancreas in the elderly is increased in homogeneity
compared with that of the adult . There are different regularities in the aspects of sex ,head of pancreas ,body and tail of pan-
creas. Conclusion The measured value of the head ,body and tail of pancreas in normal elderly is no more than 25mm ,
16mm and 18mm respectively. For those whose age are beyond 70 , the measured value of the head ,gody and tail of pan-
creas is no more than 14mm ,9mm and 11mm respectively. |
