| 目的回顾总结17 例术前食管钡餐造影考虑食管平滑肌瘤的CT 扫描,探讨CT 对食管平滑肌瘤在诊断
和鉴别诊断中的价值。方法平滑肌瘤10 例,食管囊肿1 例,支气管囊肿1 例,纵隔淋巴结核2 例,结节病1 例,另2
例为迷走右锁骨下动脉。复习分析所有病例的食管钡餐造影和CT 检查。结果所有病例食管钡餐均见圆形或卵
圆形充盈缺损。食管平滑肌瘤CT 显示食管一侧壁软组织结节或肿块1～4cm 大小;两例囊肿性病变,呈低密度结
节;结节病及淋巴结核者可见纵隔多发淋巴肿;CT 清楚显示迷走血管的血管结构。结论CT 有助于提高对食管平
滑肌瘤的鉴别诊断能力。 |

| Purpose To investigate the value of computed tomography in diagnosis and different diagnosis of suspected
esophageal leiomyoma. Methods 17 patients suspected esophageal leiomyoma with barium esophagogram were examined
by CT. The diagnosis was based on histopathologic findings : leiomyoma ( n = 10) ,esophageal duplication cyst ( n = 1) ,
bronchogenic cyst ( n = 1) ,TB lymphadenopathy ( n = 2) ,sarcoidosis ( n = 1) ,aberrant right subclavian artery ( n = 2) .
CT and barium esophagogram were compared and analysis. Results All 17 cases showed round or elliptical filling defects
on esophagogram. On CT scans there was soft tissue nodule or mass (1～4cm in Diameter) of esophageal wall in all patients
with leiomyoma. Two cystic lesions showed lower attenuation nodules. There were multiple mediastinal lymphadenopathys
in the cases with sarcoidosis or tuberculosis. CT clearly displayed the abnormal vessels in the cases of aberrant right subcla-
vian artery. Conclusion CT is valuable in improving ability of different diagnosis of esophageal leiomyoma. |
