      目的对21 例窒息新生儿组与20 例正常新生儿组心功能进行评定。方法应用M 型超声心动图及脉 冲多普勒超声心动图检测对比患儿的左室收缩功能和舒张功能各项指标和高压氧或药物治疗后左室功能。结果 窒息后新生儿心功能各项指标低于正常新生儿组,经过药物或高压氧治疗后,心功能基本恢复。结论窒息后新生 儿不但有神经系统改变,也可造成心功能损害,超声心动图可直观无创地观察患儿心脏改变,评价新生儿心功能具 有较高的价值,为临床提供可靠的诊断治疗依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To evaluate the left ventricular function for 21 asphyxia newborn infants and 20 normal subjects. Methods Several parameters of left ventricular systolic and diastolic function were detected and compared by M-echocardio- graphy and color Doppler ultrosonography between two groups of infants. We also detected the parameters before and after treatment with medicine and hyper pressure oxygen. Results we found that the left ventricular function decreased in as- phyxia infants and it could recover after treatment with medicine and hyper pressure oxygen. Conclusion Both nervous system and ventricular function were injured in asphyxia newborn infants. Echocardiography was an audio-visual and inva- sive technique to observe the changes of the newborn′s heart ,so it had significance in evaluating the ventricular function of newborn.
