| 目的阐述两家系扩张型心肌病的超声心动图(UCG) 特征。方法应用UCG检查发现两家系扩张型
心肌病并经X 线影像证实其诊断。结果第一家系12 口人的UCG检查表现左房、右室增大者4 例。第二家系9
口人的UCG检查表现单纯左房增大者5 例。结论超声心动图检查如发现不明原因的心脏某腔室增大,在鉴别诊
断中应想到家族性扩张型心肌病的可能,应进行医学家系调查。 |

| Objective To report the ultrasonocardiographic (UCG) features of familial dilative cardiomyopathy in two
families. Methods All the members of the two families were examined using UCGand then X-ray methods. Results Left
atrial and right ventricular dilations were found in 4 patients of one family with 12 members ,and Left atrial dilation alone in
5 patients of the other family with 9 members. Conclusion A UCG discovery of a cardiac chamber dilation with unknown
reason should suggest a possibility of familial dilative cardiomyopathy. |
