| 目的通过多弹头射频治疗肝癌术中的各项指标监测,发现问题及时处理,探讨多弹头射频治疗肝癌术
中的配合。方法对31 例肝癌病人在B 超引导下行多弹头射频治疗。结果本组31 例患者术前有心理准备,术中
配合好。严格无菌操作无一例伤口感染。严格安全操作规程,掌握好功率时间的设定应从小到大序贯治疗。有严
密的监测指标,观察病情祥细,发生问题处理及时,31 例病人术中经过顺利。结论多弹头射频治疗肝癌微创、安全
可靠、效果满意,术中配合及监测必不可少。 |

| Objective To study the intraoperative support of the patients with hepatocarcinoma treated by multi-bullet
radiofrequency. Methods 31 patients with carcinoma of liver treated with multi-bullet radiofrequency guided by type Bul-
trasound. Intraoperative indexes were observed closely and the finding abnormalities solved timely. Psychologic preperation
performed before the operation for the 31 patients ,cooperated very well in period of the operation. The principles of non-
bacterium and safe operation executed ,the power and time of the treatment were revised step by step from small to big. Re-
sults The 31 patients were recovered sucessfully ,no wound infection was found. Conclusion Hepatocarcinoma multi-bul-
let radiofrequency therapy is microtrauma ,safety and reliability ,it has significant effect . Intraoperatire observation and sup-
port is important and necessary. |
