| 目的采用经皮肝穿刺多弹头射频技术治疗肝癌26 例,随访1～3 个月,肝癌肿瘤体积均缩小40 %以
上,瘤体内血供全部消失。AFP 下降占77.8 % ,肝功能酶谱及胆红素恢复正常,白蛋白含量平均增加11.0g/ L ,体重
增加5～6kg ,自觉症状、食欲明显改善,近期疗效肯定,在护理上我们适应现代医学高新技术的发展,做好心理护理,
术中密切观察,术后精心护理,使患者顺利接受治疗。 |

| Objective Summarize the experience of nursing care for the patients under percutaneous transhepatic hepato-
carinoma ablation with radiofrequency by using a clustered electrode technique. Methods Observe the results of twenty-six
cases of hepatocarcinoma with RF treatment by comparing preoperative and postoperative image data ,tumor size and AFP
value. Results The material of followup one to three months after the operation showed the tumor size decreased 40 % in
average. The blood supplement in tumor disappeared. AFP value decreased 77. 8 %. Conclusion The nursing care is also
very important in the treatment of hepatocarcinoma with RF. |
