| 目的总结超声引导经皮肝穿多弹头射频治疗肝癌的疗效。方法对31 例肝癌34 次射频治疗,通过治
疗前后肿瘤的大小,病人自觉症状和AFP 值改变进行对比观察。结果31 例于治疗后1 周、10 例治疗后30 天,3 例
半年进行B 超及CT 复查结果,1 周后80 %病人瘤体缩小为30 %以上,30 天后瘤体缩小在40 %以上,与术前比较7
例瘤内血供消失,2 例血流减少,84 %病人自觉症状改善,AFP 下降者占77.8 % ,无手术死亡。结论超声引导经皮
肝穿多弹头射频治疗杀伤肿瘤较彻底,对机体损害较轻,疗效确切而满意,是当前世界上较先进的“导向治疗法”。 |

| Objective Summarize the effectiveness of ultrasound guided percutaneous transheptic multi-bullet radiofre-
quency treatment of hepatocarcinoma. Methods 30 casese of hepatocarcinoma were treated by radiofrequeney with 34
times. We observed the results by comparing pre-treatment and post-treatment tumor size ,symptom of patient and AFP val-
ue. Results 31 cases 7d past-treatment ,10 cases 30d post-treatment and 3 cases a half years post-treetment underwent ul-
trasonograph and CT scanning. The tumor size decreased 30 % in 80 %patients 7d post-treatment ,and decreased 40 % in all
patients 30d post-treatment . Comparing pre-treatment , 5 cases blood of tumor disappeared , 2 cases reduced , symptom of
84 % patients were improvement . AFP value decreased in 77. 8 % patients and no cases of treatment death. Conclusion
Ultrasound guided percutaneous transhepatic multi-bullet radiofrequency is in advance of guiding treatment method which
possesses kill throughout tumor ,damage lightly to body ,it is really effectiveness and satisfication in the world. |
