| 目的 通过选择合理的扫描线圈、扫描计划以获得清晰的前列腺图像。方法 选择19 例病人首次使用
体线圈行前列腺MRI 检查,在18 个月内再次复诊扫描时使用盆腔相控表面线圈以相同的扫描计划进行检查。比较
两种扫描方法 所获得的图像之间的差异( t 检验) 。结果 通过对所获得的图像进行分析、比较,可知盆腔相控线圈
所获图像优于体线圈(有显著差异) 。结论 为了获得良好的前列腺磁共振检查图像,需根据病人情况尽量使用盆
腔相控表面线圈。 |

| Objective To obtain high quality of prostate images through selection of proper surface coil and scanning protocol. OMethods 19 patients were separately performed on MRI examination with body coil at the first time and with pelvic
phased-array coil during subsequent visit within 18 months. Differences between the image quality obtained with the above
two scanning methods were compared by t-test . Results As results of analysis and comparison of image quality obtained
with body coil and phased-array coil it is significant that image quality with phased-array coil is better than that with body
coil ( P < 0. 01) . Conclusion MR Imaging of the prostate may be considered to be performed using phased-array coil for
obtaining good image quality if patient situation is permitted. |
