      目的 阐明EPI 的技术特点,与常规MRI 进行比较研究。讨论产生各种新对比度EPI 成像的序列设计 原理。探讨不同类型EPI 在颅脑疾病诊断中的价值与限度。方法 对颅脑疾病125 例进行常规的MR 扫描及EPI 成像。结果 ①成像速度:EPI 成像速度达到30 毫秒/ 层。可去除运动伪影。②EPI-T2WI、EPI-irm 对病灶的显示 率低于TSE-T2WI、TSE-反转恢复序列与双回波序列。对颅内病灶的显示率分别为

      Objective To clarify the technical characteristics of EPI and compare EPI with routine MRI in the diagnosis of the brain diseases. To discuss the new contrast imaging provided by EPI and its mechannism ,to discuss the value and the limits of EPI in clinical diagosis. OMethods There are 125 cuses of brain diseases , routine MRI and EPI were performed in all cases. Results ①The minimum acquisition time for EPI is 30ms ,by which motion artifacts were eliminated. ②EPIT2WI ,EPI2IRM ,TSE-T2WI ,TSE-irm could respectively demonstrate 7.175 % ,82.75 % ,85.06 % ,91.95 % ,91.95 % of all the lesions. ③The sensitivity of EPI-T3-WI to hemorrhage and the sensitivity EPI-DWI to superacute ischimia were higher than routine MRI. Conclusion Because of susceptibility artifact and the limit of resolution ,EPI can not take place of the routine MR scan technique.But MR EPI is the most rapid scan sequence among the clinical available techniques and EPI could provide several new functional contrast imaging which have great clinical value.
