| 目的 通过对20 例脊柱创伤病人SCT 扫描的前瞻性研究,旨在提高SCT 在脊柱创伤的诊断和治疗中
的价值。方法 回顾性地分析20 例脊柱创伤病人的SCT 扫描资料。结果 单纯裂纹骨折的8 例,粉碎性压缩骨折
同时伴有不同程度的椎管狭窄的12 例(11 例椎管内见游离骨碎片,2 例椎管内有血肿) ,其中10 例同时伴有脊柱不
同程度的滑脱、错位致脊柱不稳。结论 SCT 成像技术在脊柱创伤诊断和治疗方案的选择上具有独特的优越性。 |

| Objective In order to improve the assessment of spiral CT in spine trauma ,we have studied the SCT imagings of the patients with spine trauma. OMethods The spiral CT findings of 20 cases with spine trauma were reported. Spiral CT imagings include axial 、two-dimensional and three-dimensional. Results Spiral CT have some advantages such as
rapid scan ,two or three-dimensional restructions and so on. Spiral CT is superior to routine CT. Conclusion Sprial CT is
recommended for the diagnosis and treatment of spine trauma. |
