Objective To evaluate the diagnosis of the diseases in aorta and its major branches with single breath-hold 3D
CE MRA. OMethods 51 patients were performed single breath-hold 3D CE MRA(Sieamen’s 115T magnetom vision ,body
array coil ,TR/ TE:5/ 2ms ,matrix :1.4 ×256 , 6/ 8FOV) . 28 patients were performed surgical operations or conventional Xray angiography. Results 3D CE MRA could display all the aorta and its major branches except two cases which as failed
Performance. The margins of the lesion could be depicted clearly in all the cases. The comparison of the results to operation
and X-ray angiography ,The diagnostic accurate was 100 %. Conclusion 3D CE MRA is a valuable MR technique in the
diagnosis of the diseases in aorata anel its major branches. |
