| 目的 对B 超诊断前置胎盘分型的改进探讨。方法 对36 例前置胎盘患者进行B 超探查。观察胎盘
下缘与子宫内口的关系。结果 前置胎盘的B 超声像图可分四类: ①胎盘中央部位于宫内口。②胎盘边缘部完全
覆盖宫内口。③胎盘下缘至宫内口边缘,未覆盖宫内口。④胎盘位于子宫下截,未达到宫内口。结论 部分性前置
胎盘的超声诊断分型提法不确切可予取消。将中央性前置胎盘诊断分两个亚型:中央型、边缘型。 |

| Objective To discuss the improvement of typies of the placenta previa by ultrasound. OMethods 36 patients
with placenta previa underwent the utrasound and obsevered the relationship between the lower edge of placenta and internal
os uterine. Results There are four typies of placenta previa : ①The center of placenta cover the internal os uterine. ②The
edge of placenta cover the internal os uterine completel. ③The lower edge of placenta reach the uterine margine but don’t
cover the internal os uterine. ④The placenta reach the lower part of uterus and doesn’t reach the internal os uterine. Conclusion The type of the partial placonta previa by ultrasound isn’t accurate and should be conceal. It is more accurate for
the partial placecta previa to divide the complete placeata previa into two subtypies : complete placeata privia and marginal
placenta previa. |
