浮型包块内血流丰富。滋养层周围性血流或附件包块血流丰富区脉冲多普勒频谱形态各异或呈低阻力型动脉频
谱,阻力指数(RI) 0.43 ±0.05 。结论 经阴道彩色多普勒能量图检查是早期诊断异位妊娠的有效方法 ,诊断率

| Objective To make early diagnose and improve the diagnotic rate of ectopic pregnancy. OMethods With
transvaginal colour Doppler energy sonography examination. Results ①Peritrophoblastic flow around the gestational sac
and cardiac octivity within embryo were seen in normal gestational sac. ②Peritrophoblastic flow or abundant flow was seen
in complex adnexal mass. ③Abundant flow was detected in the floating adnexal mass. The characteristics of pulse Doppler
may display the different spectra of low resistance arterial flow spectra (RI 0.43 ±0.05) in the peritrophoblastic flow or adnexal mass flow. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler energy imaging is an effective method in diagnosis of ectopic
pregnancy in early stage. Its diagnostic rate is 100 %. |
