| 目的 评价CT 在睾丸种瘤的诊断及分期中的价值。方法 14 例均行CT 平扫加增强扫描,并经手术切
除及病理证实。结果 14 例CT 均表现为睾丸肿大,呈软组织密度,境界清楚,其中10 例精原细胞瘤仅轻度不均匀
强化,2 例恶性畸胎瘤平扫密度明显不均,内有脂肪密度,且有中度强化。2 例胚胎癌亦有中度不均匀强化。结论
CT 对睾丸肿瘤的诊断和临床分期具有重要的价值。并对区分各种睾丸种瘤,也有一定的鉴别意义。 |

| Objective To evaluate the CT features in the diagnosis and staging of testicular tumors. OMethods Plain and
contrast enhanced CT scanning were performed in fourteen testicular tumors that proved surgically and pathologically. Results The CT features of all cases are the testis enlarged ,clear margin , soft tissue density ,only a few inhomogenous enhancement in ten seminomas ,obvious inhomogenous enhancement with fat density in two malignant teratomas ,middle inhomogenous enhancement in two embryonal carcinomas. Conclusion CT is very helpful in the diagnosing and clinical staging
of testicular tumor and has definite value in differentiating the kinds of testicular tumor. |
