| 目的 探讨X 线诊断原发性十二指肠恶性肿瘤的价值。方法 回顾性分析21 例原发性十二指肠恶性
肿瘤的X 线所见并与手术病理对照。结果 X 线表现包括充盈缺损、黏膜改变、肠腔狭窄和龛影。结论 根据临床
及X 线表现,术前可以正确诊断原发性十二指肠恶性肿瘤。 |

| Objective To discus the value of the radiological diagnosis of the primary malignant duodenal tumors.
OMethods Retrospective case review of 21 patients of duodenal tumors. They were verified surgico-pathologically. Results
X-ray manifestations of primary malignant duodenal tumors were included : ①Filling defect ; ②Changes of mucosal folds ; ③
Stenosis ; ④Crater. Conclusion Based on the clinical and radiologic manifestations of the tumors ,correct diagnosis can be
obtained before operation. |
