心肌病方面的价值。方法 对24 例肥厚型心肌病患者和20 例正常个体进行了心肌背向散射参数( IBS、CVIBS 和
TGIBS) 的测定,采样部位为胸骨旁左室长轴切面室间隔及左室后壁。结果 肥厚型心肌病室间隔IBS 较正常人增
高, P = 0.0002 ,CVIBS 减小P = 0.01 ,且存在IBS 跨壁梯度 |

| Objective To evaluate the myocardial ultrasonic tissue characterization with myocardial backscatter parameters in the patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. OMethods 24 patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and 20
normal subjects underwent backscatter analysis to assess the integrated backscatter ( IBS) ,the cyclic variation of integrated
backscatter (CVIBS) and the transmural gradient of IBS( TGIBS) . The ROI was placed in IVS and LVPW. Results The
parameters of IVS were different between the two groups. The IBS and TGIBS values increased and the CVIBS decreased in
the patients.But no significant differnce of the parameters of LVPW were found between the two groups. Conclusion The
mesurement of backscatter parameters is a good objective method of myocardial ultrasonic tissue characterization for assessing the patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. |
