| 目的 评价超声心动图对原发性心脏肿瘤的诊断价值,并结合文献探讨原发性良、恶性心脏肿瘤的超声
特点,以及其诊断心脏肿瘤误漏诊的原因。方法 对35 例经手术、尸解、电子计算机X 线体层扫描(CT) 、磁共振显
像(MRI) 及病理结果 证实的原发性心脏肿瘤患者的超声心动图资料进行分析。结果 通过超声首先发现和诊断心
脏肿瘤者占91.43 % (32/ 35) 。患者首次通过超声检查诊断心脏肿瘤的准确率和误漏诊率分别为71.43 %和
28.57 %。 |

| Objective To evaluate the significance of echocardiography in diagnosing primary cardiac tumors. Combined
with documents ,the echocardiographic characteristics of primary benign and malignant tumors and the causes of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis with echocardiography were investigated. OMethods The echocardiographic data of thirty-five cases
of primary cardiac tumors which confirmed by operation ,autopsy ,Computer Tomography ,Magnetic Resonance Imaging and
pathological examination were analysed. Results 91. 43 % of them (32/ 35) were first discovered and diagnosed by echocardiography. At first time examination ,the correct echocardiographic diagnosing rate and missed and misdiagnosis rate
were 71. 43 % and 28. 57 % respectively. Conclusion Echocardiography is of unique value and superiority in diagnosis of
primary cardiac tumors. It has great help in assesing benign or malignant characteristics of tumor according to pathologic
changes from echocardiography. Clinicians should be aware of cardiac tumor while echocardiographiers should be cautious in
diagnosis. |
